Community Rose Garden

Horseshoe Lake Reservations
The park includes two pavilions as well as amenities for visitors of all ages. NOTE: Reservation permits will be limited to the large pavilion only. Permission for use of both pavilions may be granted to especially large groups. A minimum of two weeks’ advance notice of requested date is required. Picnic organizers are encouraged to personally view the park’s configuration prior to requesting a permit.
Make reservations beginning Tuesday, March 23, at the Stephanie Tubbs Jones Community Building. Priority will be given to in-person requests. Phone-in reservations and online requests begin March 24.
The park is available Mondays-Sundays from June 1-Sept 5, and from Sept. 11-26 on weekends only. The park is open, but no reservations will be taken for Memorial Day, July 4 or Labor Day. Pavilions may be used on a first-come, first-served basis on these holidays.
