The Communications & Outreach Department promotes the City of Shaker Heights locally, regionally and nationally through an advertising and public relations campaign. The Shaker Heights brand is a nationally recognized brand of excellence.

Community Information Specialists provide prospective residents with information about, and tours of the City. To obtain a relocation packet for yourself or a supply for relocating employees, please contact us.

The Department is also responsible for communications with residents, including production of  the award-winning Shaker Life magazine, this website, and a series of E-News messages sent to subscribers.
