The Communications & Outreach Department promotes the City of Shaker Heights locally, regionally and nationally.

Its Outreach component includes two Community Information Specialists who provide prospective residents with information about and tours of the City.

The department is responsible for communications with residents, including production of printed materials including the award-winning Shaker Life magazine and management of this website.
