Construction Zone

Street Crack Sealing - Specialized Construction has begun the crack sealing project, which is expected to be completed by April 26 (weather dependent), on the following streets:

• Ashford Road
• Cheshire Road
• Chesterton Road
• City Hall parking lot
• Daleford Road (Scottsdale to Van Aken)
• Drexmore Road
• E. 127 (Fairhill to City line)
• Kendall Road
• Laurel Road
• Milverton Road
• Northwood Road
• Onaway Road
• Rochester Road
• Rye Road
• Scottsdale Blvd
• Torrington Road
• Traver Road
• Westbury Road
• Woodbury Road

Gas Line Replacement - Dominion East Ohio Gas will be replacing pipe lines in the following areas:

• Shaker Blvd. (east of Green Road, westbound lane) - Construction is complete with the exception of grass restoration. 
• Lynnfield Road (between Chagrin Blvd. & Van Aken Blvd.) - Construction scheduled to begin the second week of April, 2013 and continue until mid-May, 2013.
• Winslow Road (between Norwood & Lynnfield) - Construction scheduled to begin the second week of April, 2013 and continue until mid-May, 2013.

Street Resurfacing Project - The City will begin resurfacing streets May 28 with an expected completion date of August 1. Streets being resurfaced are:

• Canterbury Road (Green Road to cul-de-sac)
• Laureldale Road (Shaker Blvd. to Lyman Circle)
• Lomond Alley
• North Moreland Road (Fairhill Road to Larchmere Blvd.)
• North Park (Eaton Road to Courtland Blvd.)
• Palmerston Road (Chagrin Blvd. to Winsloow Road)
• Stoer Road (Chagrin Blvd. to Lomond Blvd.)
• Wimbledon Road (West Sulgrave Oval to South Woodland Road)

Water Main Replacement Project - The City will be replacing water main lines beginning early July. Duration of construction is approximately four months. Streets include:

• Menlo Road
• Cranlyn Road
• Ashby Road
• Brantley Road
