Authorizing a revision to the Local Public Agency (LPA) agreement with the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) in order to add the resurfacing of Warrensville Center Road from the southern City boundary to Norwood Road, to the previously approved agreement for the resurfacing of Warrensville Center Road from Farnsleigh Road to Fairmount Circle, and declaring an emergency.
