The City is launching a community engagement process and we invite you to attend our public open house to provide feedback and ideas.

With a goal of improving neighborhood connections to major transportation and activity centers for cyclists and pedestrians, the Van Aken Bikeway Plan will consider the preferred ways of connecting the Van Aken District to Lee Road with new bicycle facilities.

Do you regularly walk or bike in Shaker and have ideas about making travel from the Van Aken District area to western neighborhoods safer? Join us to help develop the Van Aken Bikeway.

Drop by the Van Aken District Market Hall anytime between 5 pm and 7 pm. You'll find us in the area behind Banter, near the Meade Road entrance. Also this evening, you'll have the opportunity to learn more about the plan for the public transportation areas of the Van Aken District, including a new public plaza and comfort station.

If you attended the virtual public meeting, there is no need to also attend this meeting.
