Residents and small business owners will be receiving an electric program enrollment letter for the City’s electric aggregation program through NOPEC. NOPEC is required by the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio (PUCO) to send these letters to all eligible customers (residential and small business) in NOPEC member communities every three years. Letters will begin mailing October 30 for enrollment into the program for the period beginning January 2020 through January 2023. All eligible accounts are automatically enrolled into NOPEC’s Standard Program Price, unless you previously selected a fixed term product. Additional program options can be viewed online at https://www.nopec.org/check-rates/ or by calling NOPEC’s Customer Care Center at 1-855-667-3201. If you don’t want to enroll in the electric aggregation, you must return the opt-out form attached to your enrollment to NOPEC by mail or by fax to 440-774-4422.
