The week of August 29, the City will begin making sewer repairs on Scottsdale Boulevard, west of Lee Road in the Moreland neighborhood. The anticipated duration of this project is two weeks (weather permitting). The general scope of work will include isolated repairs to the sewer mains, removal and replacement of various drainage structures and repairs of select laterals in the right of way (i.e. tree lawn). The project is anticipated to take two weeks (weather permitting).
Please note:
- Fabrizi Paving and Trucking will be performing the sewer repairs on behalf of the City.
- Local access only in the work area (Scottsdale Boulevard west of Lee Road).
- No street parking in the work area from 7 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday for the duration of the project
This sewer repair work is the first step in the Southern Moreland Traffic Calming & Scottsdale Blvd. Resurfacing project, which is anticipated to start in late September.
