In January 2023, 3,000 Shaker Heights residents were randomly selected to share their thoughts about life in Shaker by completing a community attitude survey. ETC Institute, an independent, nationally known research firm, conducted this survey on behalf of the City using random sampling methodology to ensure validity of results.
If you were not randomly selected to participate in this survey but would still like to share your opinions, you may take the survey online. The deadline is Wednesday, March 22. Survey responses by those who were not chosen through random sampling will be compiled into an appendix to the final survey results report.
An ETC representative will present the survey results to City Council at its work session on Monday, April 10 at 7 pm. You can attend this meeting in-person at 3400 Lee Road or via livestream at shakeronline.com/livestream.
