Dear Residents,

In this video message, I will provide you with an update on the steps taken in the first phase of the Shaker Heights Police Department's policy review and reform. With the assistance of feedback compiled from community conversations, along with guidance from professional organizations, six policy and practice standards have been evaluated. The attached document outlines the standards and the related policy actions and reforms.
