  21. By submitting this application, I agree to participating in the 2019 Storefront Renovation Program in good faith. I have completed the PART 1 Application. I understand that the City of Shaker Heights Loan Committee will review this PART @ Application to determine if a rebate agreement can be pursued. As a part of the application process, the Design Specialist and/or Economic Development department staff will enter my property for the purpose of photographing the proposed project site. If a rebate agreement is able to be pursued, a meeting will be set up with the Design Specialist, which will determine the scope of the project and inform of the bidding process. The 2019 Storefront Renovation Program funds are available on a first-come, first-serve, and competitive basis and are limited. The City reserves the right to reject any application that does not meet the program requirements and may award partial rebates based on available funding.
