      • To EITHER upload a copy of your OPOTA certification (our out-of-state equivalent) OR provide the OPOTA certification number (or out-of-state equivalent).

      Note that if you only provide the certification number, you will be required to provide us a copy of your certification at a later stage in the hiring process.
