Health Seekers is a great beginners class that offers traditional exercises and adds a layer of gentle strengthening exercises and stretching, and is ideal for anyone looking to improve their health by starting a fitness routine. The design of the program introduces easy-to-follow ideas, information, positive motivational reading, and conversations. Bring a mat or towel and dumbbells (no more than 3 pounds).
